What is Job sharing ?
The power of two masterminds: providing the employer/recruiter with what he never finds. The duo brings much broader skills than the person applying alone.
Two part-timers share a full time position with common responsibility and dependent tasks. In other words, it is not a question of two part-timers occupied independently but rather joint activities carried out by two collaborators. It is therefore not only a question of division of labor, but also of a better development of ideas and creativity, of playing on the complementarity of profiles. And then, one and one is more than two.
The job share is not new, it started in the 70s… Today what is new and helps / facilitates the work in duo is digitization, the exchange of information is greatly facilitated by digital communication.
